What do Check24, Cologne/Bonn Airport, and a life-sized teddy bear have in common? At first glance, perhaps not much – yet together they tell a story: the story of STARCAR EUROPA SERVICE GROUP AG in 2024.

In a market environment marked by uncertainty – from automotive manufacturers to service providers – we focused on what truly defines us as a company: courage, closeness, and foresight. We expanded our network to more than 100 locations – with Flensburg as a symbolic milestone in the North, and two new airport stations in Cologne/Bonn and Hamburg, where our brand is now visible to frequent flyers, tourists, and business travelers alike.

At the same time, we have significantly advanced our digital offering and online presence. The result? A wide range of new, convenient ways to book our mobility services, +20% e-commerce growth, and increased customer satisfaction. Yet despite all our digital progress, we remain a company built on handshake quality and sleeves-rolled-up mentality. We show presence, listen carefully, rethink processes, and continue to work hard on improving ourselves – whether in the engine room of IT, on the road, or along the customer journey. STARCAR is growing without losing its grounding. And that is exactly our aspiration.

This year’s annual report looks back on a remarkable year: strong figures, surprising insights, and bold decisions. We are proud that, despite the challenging waters the industry finds itself navigating, we remain firmly on track. This success is the result of the consistent integration of our divisions since the merger in 2019.
